Introducing g5

For International Women's Month, Droga5 wanted to do something to help close the gender gap in corporate America. Two statistics stuck out to us: one, in business, only 2% of venture capital goes to female-led startups, and two, in advertising, only 11% of creative directors are women. So, we decided to help each other help each other.

g5 is a female-led Droga5 collective that creates campaigns for female-led start-ups. Female creatives get the chance to work on exciting, new business, and female-led start-ups get the world’s best agency thinking for free. The program, which launched on International Women’s Day in 2018, creates mutually beneficial relationships that help advance careers on both sides of the aisle.
